Wild, Wet Weekend!!
The energy was high, the fans were excited to be there, and the staff was happy for us to be in the venue. From the time we arrived, it was crazy but in a good way! Started raining around 5:10 on Saturday night and it continued off and on all evening. One of the ladies working commented that it would start raining around 5 pm and she was nigh spot on. Ponchos, dry shirts, and we were ready for our evening! From the appearance of the entire roster on stage and Vince's opening remarks to the last moment of Bianca and Sasha's match, we loved every second of it! The wrestlers put on excellent performances and we were never disappointed. The final match of the night on Sunday evening was outstanding. The matches were no less spectacular on Sunday and we screamed ourselves hoarse cheering for our favorites!! The live performances of Wale and New Years Day were wonderful! Everyone that stepped into the ring each night Delivered and drew us into their world from the first bell to the last. Sunday started wet as well but cleared off in time for the opening match between Randy and The Fiend and stayed delightfully dry and cool the rest of the night. All in all, we had a wonderful weekend and cannot wait to do this again!! The set was lovely. The pyrotechnic and drone displays were beautiful and well put together.
